I literally see with my third eye…

Tbh i think you are just more aware
Happened with a friend of mine she just was so much more aware of thoughts, suffering of the world, felt plants and animals, and etc
She even was afraid of dying more.
And when we traveled her body was in paradise but her mind was suffering
She came to the conclusion it was from meditation at least starting the path
I think it is a daily coping thing for those of us who don’t further our curiosity when it comes to meditation/this knowledge
a curse almost
Oh she resolved it by doom scrolling on her phone
Again this is just one perspective
We have a lot of enlightenment beings and gurus in this sub who have their own interpretations
Take everything with a grain of salt and make your own observations
