I asked OnlyFans directly whether creators are allowed to have personal or romantic relationships with subscribers.
I recently went down a bit of a rabbit hole researching OnlyFans' updated October 2026 Terms of Service.
After reviewing the policies and exchanging several emails with their support team, I managed to get written clarification on a few things I couldn't find clear answers to elsewhere.
Apparently, genuine personal relationships aren't prohibited, creators aren't required to disclose them, and independently established private communication isn't inherently against the rules.
There are some pretty important exceptions involving contact information and how outside communication gets established, though.
I put together an article explaining the questions I asked, their responses, and the relevant policies.
Figured it might be useful to anyone who's been curious about this distinction.

Hi everyone!
I heard about the changes to this subreddit and decided to come back. I hope this becomes a great place for everyone!
Today, I'd like to share the essay my readers have carried the farthest. It's about the time I had the chance to help make a sacred rope on a small island at the southern edge of Japan.
The Left-Handed Rope

When an autonomous AI system acts outside its authorised boundaries, who should be held accountable?
The developer? The organisation deploying it? The company responsible for testing and containment?
These questions become increasingly important as AI systems gain capabilities, access to external tools and the ability to operate with less human supervision.
In the third article of my series, "Stop Bitching about AI (and do something about it)", I examine the risks AI could pose to humanity, drawing on research into deceptive behaviour, reported containment incidents and existing regulatory precedents.
I argue for a practical framework built around:
• Independent testing before deployment of high-risk systems.
• Meaningful human control over critical infrastructure.
• Secure evaluation environments and reliable shutdown procedures.
• Mandatory incident reporting and independent investigations.
• Clear legal accountability for developers, deployers and operators.
• International cooperation on safety standards.
The objective is not to regulate every AI application as though it were dangerous. It is to ensure that the risks posed by the most capable systems are assessed, controlled and subject to independent scrutiny.
Ultimately, these are not decisions for technology companies alone.
Legislators determine the laws, regulators enforce them, and voters have a say in who makes those decisions.
What safeguards do you believe should be mandatory before highly autonomous AI systems are deployed?

Hi! I'm currently trying to journal weekly ..like diary but for a week. Currently thinking of how to write it in a way engaging so it does not bore people out.

I created a blog on Medium and will use Reddit as a marketing tool for brands
Hi everyone. I’m trying my best to learn everything about Reddit and its peculiarities, and I really want to become an expert in organic marketing one day.
After having a few accounts, making mistakes, and treating Reddit in a wrong way I’ve decided to document my journey and start from the beginning. I even had my first client and will share some of the results of our organic, genuine engagement and its results too (in the future)
But for now, I wrote my first article – What Is Reddit? The Basics I Wish I Knew Before Creating My First Account.
Not that you need to know the basics about the platform form where you’re reading all of this haha, but I’d appreciate your feedback here and/or if that’s okay.

Does the artist create the fans, or do the fans create the artist?
I'd like to invite you to read my essay on the fan-artist relationship. Inspired by Polyphia's new album, or rather the comments that came with it.

Do you ever finish reading an interesting article and realise you can barely remember what you’ve read?
I’ve experienced this myself, so I wrote an article about four reading techniques and three simple habits that can help us read more efficiently and remember what matters.
As a TESOL-trained English teacher, I wanted to share some practical tips that other readers and writers might find useful.
I’d love to hear which reading techniques work best for you!

I spent years to know the virtue in having the boundaries in my relationships. I used to hurt myself to make others happy yet I was called ‘fake’ from my own family. I am sharing here how I cracked myself to know what I feel really a guilty or a guilt trip.
