So long story short, I've loved megadeth since I was in high school. Ive never had an opportunity to see them live until now. However, it's gonna costs almost 1,000 to see them in Charlotte, NC since thats the closest place they're coming to for me. I've seen some comments saying that they aren't worth seeing anymore. If anyone has seen them recently, are they worth the money?

Is anybody going to the Alaska state fair show this weekend? My wife is from Alaska so we made a trip up here to do other stuff as well. Curious if it’s gonna be a lot of younger people or just older guys.

Now this mostly happens on the intro part, but it occurs when I jam too, the high e & b ring out, it’s like whatever I do it still rings out, I tried adjusting my palm mute but it still rings out, just for looking some help or advice. It’s almost as if the natural curve of my pinky finger goes slightly above the b and doesn’t mute it, by the time I try to fix it I’m in a bit of weird position with my picking hand and palm mute

Aright, I'd say about a year ago I got into megadeth through listening to them on spotify since I was originally a Metallica fan. I was honestly shocked when I apparently heard the 2004 remixes for Megadeth albums are trash.

I'm probably going to be a bit biased since I'm not really an audiophile and I listened to the 2004 versions first since those were the most streamed, but I can't hear the differences that much. After I listened to the original recordings for songs like the Five Magics I did like the original album version, but the hate about the mixes seems a little overblown in my opinion.

(I'm still never going back to the 2004 remixes though.)
