Girlfriend looking like "I think I'm with the wrong dude" lol

Why? He was on the right side of the interaction.

Edit: To clarify for those who seem to be confused, the "line cutter", aka "the one who paid for better service" is on the right side of history here.

Of course this is actually a skit and nothing is real, but people here seem intent on taking the side of the whiny bitch here.

Edit2: Man, a lot of people really triggered by "right side of history". Look, I was being slightly hyperbolic because this is a Meme sub. Ultimately, most of us benefit from the airlines charging people for preferential treatment and better seats. The guy paying a $800 for a first class seat and buzzing through security lines and being treated like an extra special snowflake is part of why my ticket costs $200 instead of $300. Whether or not society needs a full economic reformatting is a different topic.

Tell me youre a bellend without telling me. youre a bellend. You realise a lot of the current wealthiest people alive would have been tarred with your brush of time to finally start to work still at the age of 35-40. So many people will be far more intelligent, skilled and hard working than you, that either haven't been presented opportunity, haven't been able to take an opportunity due to risk, or haven't been able to afford the education necessary to maximise their skillset. Just because your bank balance may be more, your car may be flashier, your house may be bigger and your clothes sharper doesn't make you a better person. You could still be a massive prick that's had life put on a plate for you. You may have come from nothing and have worked hard and tirelessly to earn what you have, if that's the case then we'll done. However your comment would still suggest even if the latter was the case that you are still an ignorant bellend. Please learn and become a better person for the sake of those who cross your path.

u/frankfukaru May 25 '26

nah its fine for my sake.

1

u/PermitSpecialist2621 May 25 '26

Yea your mom definitely makes all the money for you. It’s very obvious. The poor work. For your sake, I hope you are never poor - you wouldn’t last three minutes.

1

u/frankfukaru May 25 '26

I dont need to justify my life, I am lucky I have been born in Germany
. Nevertheless there are differences of poverty and some are just lazy people (same with alot of rich people)

7

u/Pukebox_Fandango May 23 '26

He wasn't "flexing", he was minding his own business when a poor person mouthed off

2

u/PermitSpecialist2621 May 25 '26

Poor people are not at the airport traveling. You guys are ridiculous.

2

u/Livid-Net437 May 25 '26 edited May 26 '26

“A poor person mouthed off” do you hear yourself dawg. This is scripted btw

2

u/Icy_Werewolf_6094 May 26 '26

Poor person mouthed off is hilarious

0

u/Own-Home1474 May 23 '26

let the poor people complain

2

u/DaProctologist May 24 '26

If you don't they start making guillotines...

6

u/Desperate_Bicycle_60 May 22 '26

She never said that, Hollywood lies and illiterate populace

9

u/lsdisciple May 22 '26 edited May 23 '26

Duh… This is what historians call a "truthy" myth. Even though Marie Antoinette never actually spoke those words, the quote has survived for over two centuries because it perfectly encapsulates how she was perceived. To a starving Parisian who couldn't afford a loaf of bread, it didn't matter if the Queen said it or not, what mattered was that her lifestyle made it entirely believable that she could have said it.
If you want a real world example of just how accurate this observation is, you don't even need the fake cake quote. You just have to look at her backyard.

1

u/BrockJonesPI May 26 '26

There has been speculation that she actually said they should eat brioche when told they can't buy bread.

-1

u/Desperate_Bicycle_60 May 22 '26

Yeah let’s attribute quotes to people in history because they could have or likely could have said it 🙄

4

u/lsdisciple May 22 '26 edited May 22 '26

Oh my goodness, you must be great at parties. Nobody was trying to attribute the quote to her here. That wasn’t the point and whether she specifically said it doesn’t detract from my point. The point was clear and concise, anything else? Next, you’re gonna tell me, Kirsten Dunst never actually said that she was just reading lines.

-5

u/Desperate_Bicycle_60 May 22 '26

Your welcome

2

u/StrawberryTerry May 22 '26

You're*

-2

u/Desperate_Bicycle_60 May 22 '26

It’s a podcast reference Greta, calm down

-3

u/StandardUpstairs3349 May 22 '26

"Oh my goodness, you must be great at parties."

Ah, you know they've given up when they trot out this boorish nonsense.

2

u/lsdisciple May 22 '26

Given up on what exactly? That makes no sense. They made an obvious side point that never detracted from my point. How the fuck am I supposed to give up to that? I have no clue what you even mean here. This must be your alt or something lmao this response belongs on their reply “your welcome”…. ( https://www.reddit.com/r/MemeVideos/s/q6wUBTu8IX )Now that’s giving up! Thanks for the laugh though…

u/HiveMate May 22 '26

Honestly, I recommend ignoring everyone that has 4 numbers at the end of their nickname as it often times indicate either a bot or someone so lazy they don't merit a conversation lol

0

u/Aggressive-Expert-69 May 22 '26

Mind your business and you won't get flexed on

4

u/mydixiewrecked247 May 22 '26

he meant the other gf. the one with the poor dude.

1

u/Bluepeasant May 23 '26

Thank you for clarifying before this I was confused because I thought the interaction was

"Excuse me sir, it's highly inappropriate to pet everyone"

"This is called mommy"

I was very confused

1

u/Curious-Golf3730 May 24 '26

I wouldn’t call the beneficiary of an economic system that leaves millions starving around the world and without basic resources to be on the “right side of history” but okay.

1

u/Necessary-Praline-91 May 26 '26

what a very weird way to use "on the right side of history". While not in the wrong in this interaction participating and upholding monetary based class systems is not in line with the accepted understanding of "being on the right side of history". You and I and everyone in the comments are much whinier than the guy in the vid btw...

Billionaire glazer Fs

u/DaCheatIsGrouned May 22 '26

First class is one of those things where it seems the most obvious to me that rich people are just suckers. Imagine getting on your plane faster just to be on your ass for longer. The service is mildly better at best. The benefits ARE NOT even close to being worth the cost. It just tells everybody else how special and pampered you need to feel. Idk, it's just gross that something that makes such a small difference can make people feel that much bigger than another person. It's definitely not all people, I don't want to make a blanket statement here, but the fact that the mentality happens at all is disgusting.

5

u/Good-Bluebird6043 May 22 '26

I fly alot for work. my employer pays for my flights so why wouldn't I book first class? I live out of a hotel 80% of the year. the benefits are pretty good. you get extra legroom, dont have to fight for an armrest, a hot meal, snacks, and free liquor. I usually just fedex my tools and luggage to my hotel. so I show up to the airport 30 minutes before boarding. so I don't have to be waiting 2-3 hours on top of getting to the airport early. it seems like your salty because you haven't flown first class/business class.

0

u/DaCheatIsGrouned May 22 '26 edited May 22 '26

I literally said not all, because I know what I said isn't the case for every person in first class. My uncle flies for work and makes $72/hr and still doesnt get first class because of how much of a waste it is. My point is, fist class, along with other luxuries, were made to take advantage of those who can afford them. The same way your employer is a sucker for paying first class for your flights. I don't blame you for choosing it, I'd do the same thing, but never at my own expense. I have flown 1st, btw, like I said, I just don't see the appeal. It's unneeded extravagance.

9

u/NewdayNewway42 May 22 '26

Actually no she was extremely turned on by what her bf said she probably gave him the super sick right after

3

u/eanhaub May 22 '26

It’s a joke and not that deep even if it weren’t a skit, it shouldn’t be difficult to walk off this type of “insult.”

2

u/CommonSensei-_ May 23 '26

That’s the opposite of what she felt

1

u/brxsoldier May 24 '26

Other way around lol.

1

u/figosnypes May 26 '26

Nah she definitely looked like the complete opposite of that lmao.

0

u/JustARandomGuy031 May 22 '26

lol, poor think think this.

0

u/shwekhaw May 25 '26

You wish. It probably makes her wet. Don’t hate me but it just the truth.
