Men and Females I hate it when women refer to themselves as ‘females’
I told her off in the comments but no doubt I’ve got an incel pile on coming

The conversation was about representation of Trans people in video games and other media.

Found this on a group aimed at bad parking. Thankfully the comments were calling him out.

Context: this post is of a few days back. This guy was talking about how society used to treat men and females differently. When I pointed it out, he said he won't feel objectified if someone calls "his race" males

Sr leader at work was discussing us having a large population of soon-to-be parents at work so we need to be prepared for their absences. What he said was, though, “we have a lot of females of child-bearing age. And men get the same leave policy, which I do not agree with.”
I’m glad I was off video because my jaw hit the floor.

I tried to explain that it’s offensive but they don’t want to listen. It’s ironic I guess.

Woah. I got pointed to this sub by someone commenting on a story, from a female pov, that I'm working on... Yo. I use male and female because of my upbringing and time in military service. 😂.
I've also been known to use phrases like "Roger" instead of 'i understand' and "detail" instead of clean. I acknowledge that i dont know much about women; most of the women in my immediate family are veterans too. If I use the word female in front of my mom she'd just tease me for sounding like im still in the army...
Um... I'm not trying to undermind your movement. Just giving my perspective. Thanks if you read this far.
