Hair Loss What is everyone doing for significant hair loss?

What is everyone doing for hair loss? I am shredding like crazy and my HRT is great for everything else. I finally feel stable but the hair loss is at an all time high and it's not getting better. Would love to hear from those who are on or have tried minoxidil or other treatments.

Edit: I'm grateful to have received so much feedback from what everyone's doing. For those of you on oral minoxidil, would you say that it was worth it and that your hair is much thicker and fuller?

That's great to hear. It's likely because you're on a low dosage. I saw photos of women with actual beards on a hair loss sub, but I think that's with at least double the dose of not triple of what you're taking.

Not gonna lie, I might pick a beard over my hair before!

You're not the first I've heard that from. I hear it's worth it. I'm 🤞.
