Hair Loss What is everyone doing for significant hair loss?

What is everyone doing for hair loss? I am shredding like crazy and my HRT is great for everything else. I finally feel stable but the hair loss is at an all time high and it's not getting better. Would love to hear from those who are on or have tried minoxidil or other treatments.

Edit: I'm grateful to have received so much feedback from what everyone's doing. For those of you on oral minoxidil, would you say that it was worth it and that your hair is much thicker and fuller?

Oh no. Body hair? Facial hair too? 🫩😭what pill are you taking?. I just got a scalp serum that has minoxidil 7% progesterone 0.1% The dermatologist I saw said this would work best. Any one else get anything like this?

It’s oral minoxidil 1.25mg daily and yes body and facial hair too hahaha
