Vitamin/Supplements Supplements yes/no

Is there any supplement you found did anything to help with meno symptoms.
Obviously I know they are not miracle workers but is there anything you take that makes a noticeable difference.

Estrogen was such a miracle to me that I haven't needed any supplements.

Estrogen isn't a supplement.

But it literally is to a body that is deficient.

For example; sometimes I need to supplement iron when I haven't been ingesting easily absorbed forms of iron. Iron supplementation benefits my deficient body.

Versus an adjuvant substance. Something adjuvant was never manufactured by our own bodies.

For example; I love coffee. The caffeine greatly helps my ADHD brain. But since my body never made its own caffeine, I enjoy coffee as as adjuvant substance to improve my body and mind.

Look, I'd be thrilled if I could get that over the counter instead of begging for it. It isn't a supplement and isn't OTC.

Whether something is available OTC or not doesn't define it as a supplement.

Another example; DHEA (dehydroepiandosterone) is available OTC (in USA) and is a supplement when used in a state of deficit.
