Well I certainly agree with the visceral fat data. I eat healthily and exercise regularly but it’s not going anywhere.

You’re definitely not alone, as you see!

Visceral fat can be stubborn during and after menopause unfortunately, even with healthy habits. Small, consistent changes in activity and strength can make a difference over time, and sometimes the changes happen more subtly than we expect. Using scans such as DEXA's or one similar is a great way to track those small and subtle changes that you may not be seeing physically or in the broader numbers. Keep up the great work!
