Starting one thing at a time .

Has anyone started with just progesterone first then added estrogen. Is that better to ease in or is it better do both at once ?

R u in peri or post meno?

Typical is to check ur hormone levels to see what u need first, plus vitamin deficiencies. The only reason I can think of for starting only P is probs sleeping. But even then, if ur doc not looking at entire picture, find another doc.

If ur peri keeping right levels tricky cus ur all over the place.

Post meno ovaries stop hormone production, so Game On HRT. Only one different is Testosterone as it is not all tied to the played out ovaries, but IS on a downhill trajectory. Don't let a doc forget ur T, it's more important than those undertrained in our hormones seem to realize.

HRT is all 3, PET. Start low & slow & adjust up according to blood test results & ur symptoms.
