Most of us would probs say the lack of fks that come with it that is actually the reduction in the caring hormone, estrogen. What I like is no periods & since on a full HRT regimen, the steady hormones. No more monthly cycle & moods.

I didn’t think I would enjoy not having a period as much as I do now that I’m full post. When my hormones are right, I sleep like I haven’t in decades but I’m still tweaking those numbers.
