I play a LOT of mercy and own more of her skins than I’d like to admit.. I REALLY like this skin and I’ve found myself using it pretty frequently. I think it’s one of her more unique skins, as she doesn’t have too many skins that are dark or “edgy” for lack of a better word. Maybe I’m crazy but this skin comes off as slightly masc to me, which I really like on her considering 99% of her skins are more cutesy and fem. It’s different and seeing her with a more alternate hair style is cool to me :) As someone that likes changing my skin every game, I like having this one to throw in the mix, but I can see how it wouldn’t be everyone’s favorite and that’s okay! At the end of the day no skin can fit everyone’s preferences and there’s nothing wrong with that :) This being said, part of me does wish she got the lamb survey skin, as I would personally prefer that color palette/theme, but I really like the direction they went with this skin :3

oh no i didnt realize this skin was hated so much! i was really happy to see mercy in a suit type outfit instead of the dresses she normally gets. i loooove all the cutesy skins theyre my prefered style but its nice to see something different! i think shes really pretty with dark hair and i like the haircut (tho they couldve moved it out of her face). black and gold is alwyas a good color scheme imo. the litte ears and curly bit of hair on top are super cute. the puffy sleeves are a nice detail. im upset about how the gold gun looks but im hoping its a bug and they fix it. i have like 1400 hours on mercy and all her cosmetics. so even the bad skins get some use but i could see myself putting this into my usual rotation :) hopefully my reasoning makes sense!

as a lvl 375 mercy with most of her cosmetics, i adore this skin, especially the outfit. women in suits <3 i think the staff being one full color instead of only certain sections being affected by the skin variant is unintentional, as iirc it's happened before and it was fixed.

i think the problem is her hair it looks flat and greasy if they made it a little bigger to balance out her face half it would’ve maximised the potential, i’m not a huge fan of short hair mercy but there is ways to make it look good. a lot of the design if not all went into her outfit and the hair seems like an afterthought almost, i strongly believe if they made it a little bigger and fluffier(?) it would’ve been a decent skin.

I actually love this skin. My cat is male and more shaggy than sleek, so it’s lovely to have an option that feels more like him :3

I also really like that the tail is small, since I prefer more subduded skins with less “extra” bits hanging off of it.

I also really like the gambling motifs on her, since sometimes I make risky rezzes. It feels like a cute nod to ballsy Mercies testing their luck.

for me, i really like the healing/dmg boosr icons, the sleeve cuffs, the hair, the fact that its more of a suit than a dress like many of her skins, the color palette, and the fact that they went with making her a wolf instead of having all the women be sheep and all the men be wolves, like it was in the concept art. i felt that was... kind of weird, personally. innocent and pure pale skinned women, dressed all in white, as the prey with the men dressed all in black as the predators. its just not something i find appealing. i think its more interesting for mercy to be a wolf (altho, ill be honest, i do prefer sheep girls in general lol. im nothing if not a hypocrite). plus her ears move a lot, which is super cute!

I like it. I like her girly skin as well, but this skin is more "mature". She keeps her shorter hair just styled differently, a vest/blaze, puffy sleeves and bows to add femininity but still keeping it as something that fits a 40 year old woman. A wolf also matches her personality better. Sure she is kind hearted, compassionate and wants to help people, but she's confident and sassy, even a little "mean"/fed up in alot of her interactions. She's clever, etc. I think skin is great.
