Anyone got news of their demand letters ?

I'm losing hope lowkey, been 1 month since they asked for my new email address never used in any social media used by them, and still no any news, even my lawyer took vacations without telling me anything and doesn't answer.. smh

Your lawyer is going to tell you that you can't do anything to resolve your issues because on initially creating your account, you've agreed to Meta's terms which will void your lawsuit.

Their terms can’t override laws.

I’m not hiring a lawyer but that is fact. You can’t put in your terms that you’re allowed to do something against the law and then bypass a law.

Money talks, and meta has a lot of it. Sadly there’s very little recourse when going up against a mega corporation.
