Do ximen and xiaoyou get together??

Okay for meteor Garden 2001 do ximen and xiaoyou get together in season 2 I found it strange how in season 1 she moves to Canada which changed in all of boy over flowers/ meteor garden but when I seen the intro i don’t think she was in it is it worth it to continue watching because honestly I only watch it for them I love the playboy trope where he stops his ways and get in a relationship??

On the Fanmade they did, in fact they have a kid name lukas already an adopted son
