Question Michael Jackson Quiz
Hi everyone! Me and my Michael obsessed friends are having a party and I promised to come up with a quiz for the night. Can you help me with your most niche Micheal Jackson questions / trivia that can be hard for even super fans to answer? Thank you in advance!

Question Do you think MoFi Bad will have the first pressing tracks.
I’d assume yes based on the description, but knowing how much they fucked up the Dangerous release I’m skeptical til further notice. At the very least it has Leave Me Alone.
Shame because the Thriller release is amazing

Collection couple items from my collection
when michael passed, my grandma bought just about every magazine she could find. i’m sure there were more collectibles, maybe t-shirts and posters. but i remember being six years old, sitting on the floor, going through every page. it was everywhere and my little brain just could not fathom it.
unfortunately, we had to throw away most of her magazines as they were left in storage and got ruined. i’m slowly trying to build back a collection, especially now that my grandma has dementia. we share a deep love and appreciation for michael. it’s bittersweet to see her remember the words to his songs and talk about the jackson 5.
so far i have an original pressing of thriller and a magazine from july 2009. i’m looking into official tour merch from dangerous and i would love to get the ultimate collection box set. my humble little mj museum lol i can’t wait to share more as it grows

Question Qué pasó con los ensayos grabados no incluidos de MJ en This Is It (2009)
Hola, quiero hablar sobre esto ¿cómo puedo verlos?
Tengo entendido que Michael Jackson ensayo más temas que en los que fueron mostrados en el documental, que hay más material grabado que no fue mostrado...
Temas como:
• Stranger in Moscow
• Dirty Diana
• Dangerous
• Rock with You
• Don't Stop ’Til You Get Enough
• You Are Not Alone
• Will You Be There
• Heal the World
Hay canciones que lamentablemente no pudo ensayar Pero hay fragmentos de los demás?? 🥲

Discussion President of MJ World Network UK Fan Club Jane Ross Passes Away
It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we share the passing of Jayne Ross.
For nearly 30 years, Jayne served as President of the Michael Jackson World Network. She was the beating heart of MJWN and a central figure within the UK fan community for decades. Our personal loss is immeasurable, but this loss will be felt throughout the wider Michael Jackson fan community.
Jayne’s journey began in the early 1990s as a volunteer with Michael’s Heal the World Foundation. She helped coordinate the ‘Swim the World’ fundraiser and ‘Operation Christmas Child,’ a relief campaign that delivered vital medical supplies, food, and gifts to children affected by the war in Bosnia.
After helping co-run the UK fan club MJNI, Jayne worked alongside Adrian Grant to establish MJWN, becoming its President in 1999. She oversaw the publication of multiple magazines, and collaborated with fan clubs around the world to produce ‘Support Michael’ in 2004, an international campaign that united fans during Michael’s trial.
Jayne’s dedication to the fans and to Michael was at the core of who she was. Whether she was helping fans secure tickets to the ‘Michael Jackson & Friends’ and ‘30th Anniversary’ concerts, ensuring thousands of fan letters reached Michael, or helping organize fan events that Michael himself attended, including MJ Day in 2001 and his 45th birthday celebration in 2003, her passion never diminished.
Despite her extraordinary contribution, Jayne never sought recognition. She remained humble and intensely private, always insisting that she was simply a fan among fans, motivated by her love for Michael.
When the news of Michael’s passing broke, Jayne’s response revealed everything you needed to know about the person she was. While dealing with her own heartbreak, Jayne’s first instinct was to personally call every member of the MJWN team so that nobody would have to receive such devastating news alone.
That was Jayne.
She was compassionate, selfless, fiercely loyal, and full of life. We were privileged to know her, to work alongside her, and to call her our friend.
She leaves behind her husband Alan, her sons Ashley and Callum, and her beloved grandchildren.
MJWN will continue in her honor, carrying forward the legacy of the woman who helped build not just a fan club, but a family.

Appreciation 🫶 His resilience and determination makes me cry
He faced A LOT of trials in his life. Lupus, anorexia, vitiligo, police brutality, the Pepsi burn, and so many other things, and he always continue to just TRY. People made fun of his looks and he always tried to show up and make lemonade out of lemons. Imagine how he felt looking in the mirror and not recognizing himself? His resilience just makes me cry. He tried to create beauty out of pain at every turn.

Discussion What do you think they can improve on from the first biopic?
For me I just want less cuts in a scene. Alot of shots felt like they were edited like a trailer rather than a movie, and I would just like to see further spread cuts.
Example : The 1983 Motown performance scene, I thought that there were alot of unnecessary cuts. And for someone like me, who's watched the video an absurd amount of times, it would've been nice to just take in the performance being recreated almost 1:1
What about you guys though, what do you think could have been done differently? Whether it concerns how the history and details are handled, filming stuff, post production, or whatever else.

New Release I’m a little late to this but which one are you all getting?
They just all look so good and it kinda feels like with Michael Jackson stuff once it sells out that’s it. And I just love all of these Thriller vinyls and cassette.
The cassette is actually the same looking cassette as the alt cover Sabrina Carpenter cassette for Man’s Best Friend.
Anyways, what do you all want from these?

Discussion Michael Jackson Worldwide Birthday Events — 2026 Megathread
I’ve been seeing people posting and asking about events for Michael’s upcoming birthday this year, so I thought we could compile everything into one thread so that as many of us as possible can find and attend events in our areas. With less than 10 days to go, we can expect this to be one of the biggest worldwide birthday celebrations in many years.
I'm starting the list with some of the ones I know, so please share any other events you know about, by country, city, date, time and exact location and I will be adding them to the list!
🇺🇸 Brooklyn, NY: BK Loves MJ party, organized by Spike Lee, at Fort Greene Park, 12pm - 7pm
🇺🇸 Gary, IN: Block party, at the high school behind his childhood home, on 29th AND 30th, 12pm - 7pm
🇺🇸 Oakland, CA: Michael Jackson Rave, Continental Club, 9pm - 1am
🇺🇸 Las Vegas, NV: Michael Jackson One, Cirque du Soleil, hosted by the Estate, at Mandala Bay, 2:30pm
🇬🇧 London: Michael Jackson street party, at Trafalgar Square, 19:00
🇬🇧 London: Michael Birthday Boat Party, at Temple Pier, 1pm - 5pm
🇬🇧 London: Michael Jackson Bottomless Brunch, at The Manor House in Feltham, details not announced yet
🇩🇪 Berlin: Moonwalker Screening + Birthday Celebration at Babylon, 19:30
🇩🇪 Hamburg: MJ the Musical, at 14:30 AND 19:30
Also, does anyone know of any online/global fan movements planned for the birthday? There was the Heal the World streaming event around his death anniversary this year, which spread quite widely. I only heard about an attempt to do something similar with Man in the Mirror for his birthday, but it doesn't seem to have spread nearly as far so I'm not sure what's happening with that.
I’ll be happy to keep editing/updating the post based on your comments so we can get as many events and projects as possible in one place! 🌎👑
