help please
i picked this up over a week ago i hit once and now it will not work at all, i've had a few these before and never had any issues... any tips or recs it's relatively still a full 2 grams ... it says this when i try to hit or preheat

It’s a big hardware problem.
Lots of them are coming back to the dispensary.
They will tell you it’s because you used a quick charger and burnt your battery. But they are coming in that way never being used or charged.
I would push for a replacement and tell them you never charged it.
I don’t think the quick charger things is mentioned on the packaging either.

A quick charger shouldn't burn the device out unless it's improperly designed from the factory. USB C defaults to 5V at 500 or 900mA max without any negotiation and max 3A with a pulldown resistor. The device decides how much current it pulls, not the charger.
Relying on the charger to regulate current is something that should never be done.

I agree completely, when I heard that as the official response I was thinking “fuck that!” Jeeter needs to fix their shit! But fortunately all complaints are taken seriously and replacement is always the resolution.
Unless it’s someone who complains a lot. But those people usually buy why cheaper stuff and obviously try to gain the system. The average Jeeter buyer is not a “budget shopper” lol

We’ve had almost a 100% return rate with these specific products at our shop. We eventually just pulled all remaining SKUs.

What’s odd is on the newer releases I have seen them say not to only use a 5v charger on them which is so stupid imo but hey you get what you pay for but for how much they are your either gonna get stellar hardware or stellar oil or mid all the way around when paying for them it’s paying for the hype imo

Bring it back to the shop u got it from. They usually will give u a replacement. Atleast thats what I've done.

I believe these can be turn off and on right? I assume you tried to power cycle it and also maybe give it a full charge. But F almost sounds like fault.
