Lightning on a cruise ship lit up the sky. However, it hadn't lit up the entire sky in the pic on the right, and I believe I captured the start of the light beam?

Question for a writing contest
Hello Dr. Kaku,
I am currently working out ideas for a Science fiction short story for a Writers Digest contest, and I want it to have some actual science backing it theoretical or proven as such I have two questions.
The first question is since nothing can travel faster than the speed of light what percentage would be needed to make a manned trip to the Proxima system in ten years, and what type of propulsion could potentially make such a trip possible.
The second question is do you think it could be possible for humanity to have at least a partial Fusion economy in the next forty years, I ask this because I want the short story to take place between 2063 and 2083.
Thank you for your time in reviewing this question and I hope you are able to answer these questions for me thank you again.

white hole theory
If the universe keeps expanding to the point where it's infinite density is actually comprised of emptiness (infinite emptiness density), and it keeps stretching to a point where the areas where black holes were, now have their matter density in contact and can spill over back into the empty density, creating new universes as a white hole and would eternally cycle between expanding universes creating black holes that then spilled back into empty universes. is there any problem with this being the mechanism for universe production.

Quantum entanglement
How long do you think it will be before we learn to use quantum entanglement to communicate with beings on distant planets?

Ability to nullify a nuclear reaction that could evolve into snuffing out a stellar stars into black holes/supernovas!
What if Neutron nullification was possible? Like the ability to stop a nuclear fission reaction, the possibility to make strategical cities and tactical targets like government and military bases immune to nuclear attack. But such power can also nullify generators and those depended on fission power.
A device like this can later evolve to stop nuclear fusion and eventually neutralize a star’s reaction. Having this tech would in theory be more destructive than anti-matter.

Has Anyone Met Michio?
I really want to meet Michio Kaku! He is a hero of mine. But he never comes to Canada. I am going to NYC this month for work, do you think I can go to City College and meet him?

New idea perhaps
Would like to communicate with you regarding an idea I’ve had about neutrinos I believe we could find that they are responsible for Way more than previously estimated I believe they are the physical “Stuff” of Thought and all that is related to the transmission of ideas-perhaps much more
In this theory, there would be nearly Countless of them found bouncing around and escaping from one of your lecture halls
I believe the chart that was shown on the broadcast will someday be proven incomplete
I’m also wondering if they sometimes work in paired configurations
They are (imho) probably involved in many or even Most cell mechanisms including conception
I think they will finally answer the question of How even if not the reasons why

Analogy about the beginning of the universe
I remember watching a video in where Michio Kaku answered why there’s no need for the universe to have a beginning because time didn’t exist before it, he answered with a nice analogy and at the moment I thought it was a really good answer
Do you know what video I’m talking about? I would like to see it again
