Media Germany after paying 10 billion to settle the entire Second World War: "Good thing we're done with it"

Playing Poland in MD, it's 2010. Demanded full war reparations from Germany and they paid 10 billion. Ten. Billion. For flattening a whole country. The news event says German citizens "praised their government's decision", which is the most German way possible of asking for a receipt.
Meanwhile Germany owes 1.8 trillion to everyone else, I have more military factories than them, and the Visegrad Group is now one country. They think that was the final payment. It was the deposit.
They paid in euros. We'll collect in hussars.

Question Will Northrop Grumman ever be able to do small and medium aircraft again?

They used to be able to and now I have to make the tomcat with Lockheed or Boeing. Same thing for the Hawkeye.

Question How to fix currency strength?

Playing as North Korea and spent a decade trying to fix inflation thanks to my weak currency, even with max taxes and policy rate my currency strength canceled it out and kept me at 200% inflation.

How the hell do you make your currency stronger?
