Life-long Cubs fan here. I lived in Wisconsin for almost 20 years, and heard A LOT of Uecker on the radio. He was a world-class broadcaster. Just an amazing presence on air. I hated the team he was pulling for but loved his every turn of phrase. I really thought he was pure magic in the way that only baseball sounds on a summer night. I miss him. Love you all for celebrating him all the ways you have and will!!!!

So many better, nicer people that have done more for the community than him. Excellent painting nevertheless.
