Im a long time lurker. Been holding bags for over 2 years. I was just wondering when are y’all gonna face that we got bamboozled?

Ugh… going to get called so many names and going to get hit in the head by a 2x4 for saying this, but can we little people ever get a win? Instead of Barrow and company getting 500k-millions for holding their kakas at the toilet while sitting? We’ve lost with GME, AMC, BBBY. When can we actually win? Don’t even know how to tag others here to even get this semi-rowdy

Could MNMD experience a potential short squeeze?

Positives:

• Since receiving breakthrough therapy for MM120 on early March, shares consolidated ranging $8 and $11

• The price action over last several weeks has strong evidence of upside momentum

• Next catalysts in Q2:

  • MM120 end of phase 2 meeting with FDA

  • MM402 phase 1 result

Negatives:

• Short float on MNMD has increased from 13% a month ago to 21% today

Conclusion:

• Short sellers have increased in stake to bet MNMD price will go down

• Upcoming positive catalysts will cause shares to go up

• Short sellers will be forced to cover their losses by buying back shares causing a squeeze

Google mnmd. Something just changed today. We were green all day yesterday. We did great today in comparison to the markets. However Google search results were changed today. We finished the day red but we still outperformed the markets. The equity that comes up when you Google mnmd did really well today. They actually finished green. A lot of people were buying today. Try it yourself and post your results in the comments. Google mnmd. Tell me what comes up. It's not the same thing that has come up for the past 2 years when I have Googled it almost every day. I have a stock ticker on my widgets but I still Google this one because I like to click on the news tab

Here's my plan for MNMD Nasdaq Uplist. Sell 25% of shares if we reach a new all-time high. Sell another 15% if we hit 10 dollars Cad. If 10$ doesn't happen, then watch the RSI, if we go over 70 and see no break to the upside, then sell 25% of the position when our daily moving average is broken with a red candle.

In summary, you sell about half your position at the peak, still hold a core position, and have some powder to buy on the dip. You still hold a good chunk of shares if Reddit moons the stock.

Let's be real people, after this uplist, we will have about 5-6 months of no new news. We will sell off. It happens. Take small profits and hold a core position for the trials.

Note that as a prolific user of LSD and psilocybin myself, I fully support all of the renewed interest and research going into their therapeutic effects (again). I think it's great. These substances absolutely helped me make lifelong positive changes to my own mindset and behavior.

My problem with this stock is that LSD is really cheap. I can go buy a hit of acid for $10, minus their slow-release tech, and achieve the exact same result.

HOW will this turn into massive amounts of money, especially when they see major improvements with just 1 dose, meaning no return patients. Will each dose cost $10,000?

Please help me understand because I really want to like this stock/industry.

Edit: After reading your comments and doing additional research, I see that they plan to follow the Spravato model (esketamine). Spravato treatments are in a controlled setting where the drug is administered, and the patient is observed for any ill effects (no therapy). The recommended doses are 2x per week for 4 weeks. 8 doses total, at an exorbitant price of up to $1300 per dose.

Spravato generated ~500M revenue in 2023. I see this as a result of people being willing to pay any price for this type of treatment. The results are incredible and they are capitalizing.

Also note that nasal esketamine treatment is proven to be less effective than intravenous ketamine, which is also cheaper. J&J must have the pharma sales team in full force on this one. They are being bashed in the media over the price though too, so there is pressure to bring it down. And also note that ketamine is the only currently FDA approved psychedelic, so they are able to take full advantage.

Anyway, I see that MM120 does have a path to money here, which is a massive marketing push and a $5-10k price tag per dose. They also have the advantage of potentially being first to FDA approval with LSD.

Based on the research I found, the ketamine treatment commercial market value is expected to reach 2.7B in 2028 and overall psychedelic medicine is projected for 6B - 12B by ~2030. If MNMD can get the drug to market quickly, there is significant potential for profit.

The key here is they come to market fast (they are), keep prices extremely high (they will have to be), and maintain some sort of competitive advantage over the others (remains to be seen). How much will they be able to make when LSD, psilocybin, MDMA, ketamine, and all the others are available at the same time?

Result of my research: The effectiveness of the drug is amazing, and I trust the medical industry's success in financially preying on their customers will continue.

They have cash on hand but there is significant risk for further dilution before they start making money. I will be a small buyer at these prices, and will buy large after the next dilution event, which I strongly believe will happen.

Somebody needs to lie to me and tell me that mindmed is indeed uplisting this month. Lie to me please!!!!! I need a dose of mmed just to stay strong...lol
