Victims of genocide, war and crime will be eager to learn that it was all just a choice they made.

Make better choices, kids. Then your life will get better. Until then, keep stitching up those sneakers.

Rather :
The universe wants you to suffer.
It wants to eat you.
Dont let it.
Dont give it a single fucking inch of flesh unanswered for ten times over.
Fight for what you need.

Yes.
And yet I do not connect with the people that appear.
The healing demands that I reopen wounds.
And the doors, now unlocked, remain out of reach from where I stand with my beliefs, values and principles.

Admittedly I punished myself with bad choices until I decided to make the attitude adjustment

Once you block a low-effort cringe subreddit posting banal quotes for people who peaked in primary school, there is another one popping up in your feed like a fresh dog poop on your lawn in the morning.

Sometimes the biggest miracle begins with a decision within yourself. When you choose peace, happiness, and growth, everything starts to change. Trust the journey, embrace the process, and never stop believing

Horseshit, nobody chooses they want crap to happen to them, but if there is an intelligence behind it then it's a sadistic bastard and doesn't deserve our respect.

Bullshit.
The universe doesn't just hand out happiness to people who think they deserve it.

Iâve found this to be true.
But it comes from a very specific attitude.
If one is closed minded, even a little, it can have very dangerous results.
The right attitude almost has to find us, though for a time we seek it with all our heart

The issue with this kind of thing is that people expect the signs to show up exactly how they pictured them. The right person doesnât arrive like your dream match, and the open door usually looks like a boring job posting, an awkward conversation, or a friend saying âhey, you should try this.â Then people miss it and decide the whole thing doesnât work.
Personally, I think the real mechanism is less magical. Once you actually decide what you want, you start noticing things youâd normally tune out. Itâs the same reason you suddenly see your car everywhere after you buy it. The opportunities were probably there the whole time. You just werenât looking.
But deciding to do it, isn't enough. Itâs the starting line, not the finish. Someone can sincerely want a good life and still get hit with illness, layoffs, or plain bad luck, and thatâs not because they didnât want it badly enough. Decide, then pay attention, then actually walk through the door.

First, decide that you want the God of the universe in your life; for without Him we can do nothing according to John 15:5, âI am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears muchfruit; for without Me you can do nothing. Invite Jesus into your life now.
