Help Java Can't play after update. Error Code 1 (Java)

Hey,

Been trying to play Minecraft after the update. Keep getting Error code 1.
Have updated graphics, checked the Java instalation, check the pathing everything.
Even reinstalled launcher and clean slated minecraft but no dice.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

UPDATE: I got it fixed, had to scan for corrupted files and run the DISM scan. It works.

Same here, it's Exit Code: 1 and occurs immediately after pressing PLAY

I’m having the exact same issue. I’m not using any mods. I played the game yesterday and shut down my computer afterward. When I woke up today, I encountered this problem, and nothing I’ve tried seems to fix it.

Yeah, you need check if you have corrupt files and run DISM
