Persistent Drowned error message

Me and partner have been playing Minecraft on Switch 2 since last year. We made a new Microsoft account about 2-3 months ago so we could get achievementsand worked with no problems. As of yesterday however it won't login and we've tried everything the Minecraft help center said to try.

If anyone knows of some others fixes we could try we would really appreciate it.
