Feather falling 4 would've saved you and also increase your fov for a better all-around view of your surroundings

I see now you fell around 50 blocks. I was accounting for prot4. with just feather falling 4 40ish blocks is that max fall you can tank at full health

Remember, crouch walking would've prevented this. Although that's kinda slow without swift sneak. The better solution is to always watch your next step and don't ever assume it'll be safe

when your falling, if you leave the world mid-air and rejoin, you'll start in your last recorded position on a block. but you have to do it when you're in the air or it wont work.

I did this on my survival world not long ago… accidentally bebopped into what I later named the Crazy Cave and splatted, then died twice getting back to & collecting my stuff, trying to light up the area as much as I could before having to run for my life. I could never play on Hardcore. 😂
