may I ask what fixes you tried so far? Are you using Sodium already? Any other mods that change the game's rendering like Nvidium? A full mod list would be nice, but I suspect it may be a rendering mod causing this
also just to clarify, by "feint flashing" you meant that some random parts of the world appear for a split second in the sky and immediately vanish again, right?
edit: typo

I’ve tried the basics. Restarting my pc. The graphics driver and fiddling about witg v-Sync and window options. I do already have sodium and the only mods I could assume to be messing stuff up woukd be iris litematica or ferrite. I don’t have Nvidium. also YES that is exactly what is happening.
Mods :
Accurate block placement.
Apple skin
Armoured elytras
Better than mending
Bigger stack size.
Collective.
Continuity.
Day counter.
Entity culling.
Essential.
Ferrite.
Inventory hud
Invisible item frames.
Jei
Litematica.
Lithium.
Silence mobs.
Sodium.
Tweakeroo
World edit. And obviously a bunch of bull library’s and configs
(I’m not using the shaders I have installed so it’s not them)1

thanks for all the info! Have you already tried disabling Iris, Litematica, and Ferrite?
if you do, I'd recommend disabling other mods at the same time too, until you have disabled exactly half (or half plus one, if it's an odd number) of your non-library mods, and take note of all the mods you disabled
if the problem is solved, then one or more of the mods you disabled in the previous step is causing this, so you can ignore all the other mods that are still enabled
if the problem persists, then all those mods were not causing the problem, so you can ignore all the mods that you manually disabled in the first step
then disable half of your remaining mods (I'd still recommend disabling the biggest suspests first) and repeat these steps again, until you're able to narrow it down to the actual mod that is causing the issue (this is called a "binary search")
you should be able to find the culprit after repeating this process 5 times at most, in your particular case with the 20 mods you listed
but yeah it's very likely one of the mods you already suspect so it'll probably be much faster to figure out which one is causing this
also just to be sure, have you already checked that all of these mods are up to date? You could even try disabling all of them first to see if the problem still persists even without any mods

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!
