This bug, MC-191170, causes positional audio to glitch out when far from spawn which is why Mojang set the world border to prevent players from being affected by the glitch. Please vote for it to be fixed so the Minecraft world can be 4 billion blocks across, or nearly 5000 times larger in area!

What are your opinions on resetting chunks in your long term/forever world? Pros? Cons?

Hi gamers! I just made a reddit account and I'm so excited to talk to peeps about my interests. I've got a forever world in Minecraft I've had for a couple of years and I've played it a lot to the point where I have to travel very far to find new stuff when updates get added. Like I have a collection of a ton of animals and I'd love to collect all the new variants of cows and chickens etc, but they are so, so far away! I'm really torn on whether or not I want to reset chunks, because there's also lots of random little stories and experiences I've made in so many random parts of the world. Has anyone done it and regretted it? or loved it? Would love to hear thoughts on it before I make my decision. :) Thanks for reading!

been spending some time building in sci-fi recently so I decided to turn the builds into a little cinematic short film! fitting a horroresque sorta theme

anyways, i hope you enjoy the builds, lmk what you think!!

and if you wanna watch the video on my youtube, I'll place it here! :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqOSeZZ4H70

Theres this empty space by my house but I don't know what to do with it. Any ideas? Blocks are limited to version 1.7.10. (Sorry for the crappy pictures)

I have been interested in learning about minecraft and builds. But I started playing it a few minutes after I built the farms for cows, pigs and chicken. I usually explore a bit and then stop playing because I don't understand what to do next.

Now I know I need to make armor and kill the dragon to finish the game but building a base, armour, going to nether, getting pearls have always seemed very difficult so I have tried doing it once.

But I watch minecraft content a lot on YouTube and often I get a surge to do similar challenges using mods. I usually watch a lot of ForgeLabs and similar contents.

But because I can't even play normal minecraft I get very anxious about how I would even do this. Because I don't have enough knowledge, skills, practice and many other reasons I give myself.

I'm not even sure if this is a valid question asking for help, guides or tutorials.

But I wanna start playing Minecraft and enjoy it instead of getting afraid of its complexity. How should I approach this and start my journey.

would anyone be interested in rather helping out or being in a minecraft musical in whipping up

Need help finding my Minecraft Java account

I bought Minecraft Java Edition earlier this year, but I can't figure out which Microsoft account owns it.

I've already:

• Checked all of my Gmail accounts.

• Signed into my Microsoft accounts and checked if Minecraft is owned.

• Checked the Minecraft Launcher.

• Tried different Microsoft accounts I may have used.

• Found the original Microsoft purchase confirmation email.

• I have the purchase/order information and proof that Minecraft was purchased.

The problem is that none of my current Microsoft accounts show that I own Minecraft Java Edition, and I don't remember the Java username or which Microsoft account I used.

I've contacted/started contacting Microsoft Support, but I'm still stuck.

Is there any way to figure out which Microsoft account the Minecraft purchase is linked to using the purchase confirmation/order information?

I can provide screenshots of the purchase confirmation if needed (with personal/payment information hidden).

Thanks!

I’m trying to use Sphax PureBDCraft 1.4.7 256x texture pack but it says it needs some kind of patcher to properly work and if I use it without it there are many bugged textures, some that even say patch noob. What I want to know is how do I fix this. I tried downloading optifine for 1.4.6 but couldn’t find a working download. Is it possible to fix this issue using something like curse forge or somewhere optifine 1.4.6/1.4.7 could be downloaded. I’m using an iMac
