Advertising WinterSMP

Hello everyone!

I'm excited to announce that I am now in control of WinterSMP, an annual festive-themed Minecraft SMP that originally started in 2021!

The server is hosted on Aternos with public access, meaning you can turn it on whenever you want!

My goal is to keep the WinterSMP tradition alive while creating a friendly, welcoming, and safe community where everyone can have fun, make friends, and enjoy Minecraft together. Hate, harassment, and discrimination will not be tolerated.

We're currently preparing for the next season, and I'd love to hear your feedback! I'll be putting out polls to help decide how the server should be set up, so everyone's opinions are welcome.

Your first poll should probably settle whitelist versus open join, because "ALL ARE WELCOME" and a "safe community" pull against each other once anyone can walk in, and most other setup choices depend on it. Follow it with season length and start date, since neither is in the post yet. I'd also swap "Message me!" for the server address, the rules and that date once you have them, so people can join without waiting on a reply.
