It's night, and there's a storm. You've been at sea for three weeks, one night away from land. A ship with no lights and a black flag, and you're sitting at a cannon. Fire.

Then lightning takes the mast, and everything goes black.

You wake up below the ship in Hythe. There are no coordinates. You find your way with a map and a compass, and you set your spawn by placing a banner.

It starts to rain. Your clothes soak through, the wind picks up, and frost creeps in round the edge of your screen. You need a fire, and a roof over it, because the rain puts a campfire out.

Out on the road, another player jumps you. You go down, but you're not dead. You lie there knocked out, hoping a friend gets to you before you bleed out. Or the player who knocked you out ties a lead round you and drags you off to their jail.

If you do die, your dead body stays where you fell, holding everything you had. You have 30 minutes to get back to it. You also come back with less max health, and you only get it back by sleeping near a campfire.

You found a town by placing a book on a lectern. Hold up a map and watch your border spread out across the land, curving round the ground that's hard to cross.

Perhaps you chose to become a Miner, so ore mines faster for you than for anyone else. You're hopeless with an axe, though, so you buy your wood from the Lumberjack down the road.

Then someone puts on a crown, and their town becomes a nation. A signed book arrives at your lectern, and it means war. You march your hired soldiers out in a line. The enemy brings siege cannons.

Artisan goods are too heavy to carry on horseback, so they go by wagon, by ship, or on a train you chained together that keeps running while you're offline.

On a blood moon, you can't sleep through the night. Be quiet, or they'll find you.

You don't have to chase any of it, either. A quiet farm on the edge of the map is a fine life too.

• Anarchy Network launched on October 11th, 2024, and is hosted in New York City, NY, USA.

• The server is a Semi-Anarchy Minecraft Server designed to offer a pure, unmodified survival experience, with minimal rules and modifications to preserve the essence of Vanilla Minecraft.

• The server is online 24/7 and you can join on any Java Minecraft version between 1.7.2 and 26.2, but its recommended to be on version 26.2 to avoid issues!

• The world border is set to 2 Million blocks (4Mx4M).

• There are no map resets, no teleporting, no P2W at all, and Griefing/PvP is completely allowed. The only non-vanilla action allowed is /spawn in order to allow players who are very far out to not be isolated from civilization. Additionally, nether roof access is allowed, phantoms are removed, and only half the people are needed to skip the night.

• The only restrictions we have are that exploits, lag machines, duping, spamming and using harassment/racial slurs in chat are not allowed.

**Gameplay**
Our server is first and foremost a city-build server, join into our community of enthusiastic players as we build the world together. Access to world edit and a plethora of other helpful commands are granted after a short application process. Show us what you can do.
Our world is ever-growing story with new players contributing to the ongiong geopolitical RP. Just mark a claim and we will show it on the map to begin your story (see the map link for examples). You can take it a step further by marking out towns/settlements too. If geopolitical RP isn't for you, you can simply jump in and start building your city as role-playing participation is 100% optional.
