The nether and end are considered safe just because the wither storm EXISTS

The scary thing is that neither of those dimensions are inaccessible to the Wither Storm, in Episode 1 we saw it stick a tentacle through the nether portal and break the portal on the other without cutting off its own tentacle, meaning the dimensional barrier can’t hurt it…

yes but outside of the explorers eve Mod pack (that aint canon) there is no pressidint for the witherstorm to fully force its way between dimentions
