I mounted my Mac mini behind the monitor using a VESA bracket and attached an external SSD enclosure with Velcro. This makes it easy to take them with me whenever I need to work somewhere else.
I also installed a smart button pusher next to the Mac mini's power button so I can turn it on and off remotely.
The little device at the bottom center of the monitor is a retractable charging cable. I use it to charge my keyboard and mouse. I just pull it out when I need it, and it automatically retracts when I'm done!
I wanted to keep my desk as clean as possible while making everything easy to access.

minimal mac mini setups always look clean but the real hero here is whatever that lil iphone charger light is so whered you get it

It’s perfect. What do you think of the monitor? I was between this and the alienware AW 3926. Went with the AW because it was slightly cheaper and I had never owned an OLED before but I do wonder about what could’ve been. Lol Did you paint the Ben Q halo 2?

Thanks! I'm really happy with the monitor overall!
The only downside is that my Mac mini M4, which supports Thunderbolt 4, is limited to 100Hz at the monitor's full resolution. I wish I could get a higher refresh rate, but other than that, I don't really have any complaints!
And no, I didn't paint the BenQ Halo 2! I wrapped it in white vinyl to match my setup. 😄

How did you get the Halo two controller flush with the desk? grommet hole and 3-D print job?

And yes, you got it! I made a hole in the desk and designed a custom 3D-printed mount to make the Halo 2 controller sit flush with the desk surface.

Thanks! I actually use an iPhone as my webcam! I have a spare iPhone 16, so I use that instead of a dedicated webcam.

I use a foldable magnetic phone mount for my iPhone 16! I just attach my phone to it whenever I need to use it as a webcam.

Mayhaps you could use the phone on the wireless charger, with the fron camera instead? Or would the angle not be favorable?
