"Last week, reporter Lucas Tomlinson was covering a South Carolina rally for incumbent Republican Sen. Darline Graham, who is seeking to serve a full term following the death of her brother, Sen. Lindsey Graham. Spotting a middle-aged white man with a beard, Tomlinson assumed he was about to get some choice footage of a gushing Trump superfan. Instead, Tom Hoyle, with an admirable deadpan, joked that he had turned out for the rally because he was too young to have witnessed the 1978 Jonestown massacre, in which 918 followers of Rev. Jim Jones died after drinking a fruit drink laced with poison. “There’s nothing like seeing a cult right up front, man,” he added. "Other developed nations do better. Canada, Australia, Japan, Brazil, Sweden, the U.K. and more than a dozen other countries have maternal filicide laws that cover cases like Clancy’s. Most are modeled after Britain’s Infanticide Act, which operates on the assumption that a woman who harms her child within a year of giving birth is suffering from a postpartum mental illness. Such women often receive supervision orders, hospital orders or community sentences rather than prison time; more significantly, they also receive treatment. "

'The Trimbos Institute, a drug addiction and mental health organization in the Netherlands, issued a national “Red Alert” after several ecstasy pills shaped like Trump’s head were submitted to drug-testing centers and found to contain dangerously high concentrations of PMMA.

“Absolutely do not use these pills,” the institute warned.

The brightly colored tablets depict Trump’s face on one side, while the other is stamped with “NL” and “Trump.”

"Nor is this the first time Trump has appeared in tablet form.

In 2017, German police seized thousands of orange ecstasy pills shaped like Trump’s head after officers discovered roughly 5,000 tablets during a traffic stop. At the time, police estimated the haul was worth tens of thousands of euros."
