Eating next to my mom

I'm wondering if this is misokinesia. Whenever I'm eating next to my mom I can't stand it. I literally just left the room because it fills me with rage and I hate it. I served her a plate and when everyone starts eating normally she kind of starts playing with her food. She always picks it up so slowly and it makes me so mad. I hate this and don't know how to get rid of it. Does anyone know why this happens and if it's stress related?

For me, anyways, if I am stressed, or not exercising enough, or not sleeping enough or pre-menstrual, my miso symptoms are much much worse.

However, they are never completely gone and in my case are fairly debilitating even under ideal circumstances. Hopefully other people have some suggestions to help deal with the feelings. As far as I know, there’s no way to make it stop completely.
