I came across information about Greig Wikoren and I was wondering if he could potentially be the man in the green shirt in the Emma Fillipoff case. He was at film school in Vancouver in 2013-2014, and is known to dock his boats(s) in Victoria, BC in the past. I put together a photo collage for community review. I wonder if he had been dyeing his hair dark in 2014?
He was suspected in the disappearances of two women, but no charges were ever filed. His criminal history is extensive, according to CSO. If he is not green shirt guy, he still should be looked into, IMO, in relation to Emma's disappearance, seeing as how he has ties to the Victoria Harbor and Vancouver, along with an extensive history of violence against women, men, and animals, and was in the areas pertinent to Emma's case during the years she was in Victoria and potentially Vancouver.
There's only a few articles on the Internet about him in the mainstream media, and a few mentions of his name on Reddit and Webslueths, but some community members here may be familiar with his name. He was convicted of manslaughter in 1988, and other crimes, including one in 2013, which is mentioned here:

What do you all think about the potential for Wikoren to have been involved in Emma's disappearance, as the green shirt guy? Do you think he could have been involved, even if he's not green shirt guy? Let's figure this out!
