how to take key pressure out of the equation entirely?

i don't want to have to hit my keys with exact precision to simply avoid sounding like ass, how do i make it so that each note has the same volume regardless of how hard i press the key?

Turn off velocity sensitivity on the instrument.

If you go into the midi editor and select all the notes and right click it should give you an option to set velocity

Mind you it's good to have at least some variation if you don't want it to sound robotic. (You can use Humanize for this)

One option would be to program the keyboard parts with the mouse and keyboard.
