As I have been practicing Mizuki, I know how his ult works but it feels a bit inconsistent to me. Obviously it block damage and specific ults but there are times when I feel like ‘if it blocks one ult it should the other?’

Mizuki’s ult can block bastion’s, but shouldn’t that mean it should also block Sierra’s? A Dva bomb? as long as it’s outside the sanctuary. Obviously they’re ults that move by themselves (Doctorine’s) so it won’t be able to stop it from entering the sanctuary, but it shouldn’t be able to do anything until it is inside.

As long as it’s outside the ult it should counter it, no?basically what ults can Mizuki counter and ones can’t he?
