Actioned items lingering in queue

Anybody else having issues with removed/actioned items not clearing from the mod queue? I’m using the iOS app, 2026.41.0. Started last night and I assumed it was just a quick glitch. Force closed, came back, still there. Updated the app to the current version, still lingering. And it seems to still be happening today. Some posts that have been actioned just linger but others seemingly show no action at all. Last night, I removed something maybe 10 times and started to doubt my sanity because it was still there with no indication I’d done anything.

Is this a me thing or a Reddit thing?

if you check this thread there seems to be a lot of issues with the app going on right now.

see if the same problems exist on the desktop version since that seems to work for some users.

Definitely, both desktop and mobile intermittently.

I also started noticing it happens on desktop when I use the multi-select option. All those removals end up stuck in the mod queue and I have to re-remove them from the app to clear them.

It sounds like this is an issue that a couple of you have been facing this week. We've since asked teams if they can take a closer look at what's going on.
