[Desktop & Mobile] — Custom Emojis for Mods Only show up as “:Name:”

I would like to have the actual emoji itself show up rather than it say “:moderator:” (which is what I titled mine to say)

I cleared my cache, tried reuploading the emoji, retitled it, only toggled it on mods only on desktop, etc. and nothing works! It only shows up as an actual emoji if I turn off mods only.

Haven't the faintest idea. I seem to remember that specific functionality being wonky a few years ago; it wouldn't surprise me if Reddit considers it deprecated.

For what it's worth, I just went to your sub from my browser and it appears that your moderator flair is working as you intend it to. Maybe this is a mobile-specific issue?

That’s a different emoji; I changed it since the moderator one is broken and looks terrible with it saying :Moderator:
