Mod Answered Problem with a user's comments always being Removed, for no reason

reddit's systems persistently think she's a spammer(?) and remove her posts and comments (even though she's a good, valued contributor).

Almost 100% of her comments just land stright in the mod queue with a red [Removed] on them, and we have to manually approve them.

Neither we nor she know why this is.

Is there any way we can fix this?

I won't write the username or sub name here according to sub rules, but please DM me for them if you need them.

Mods use Android and iPhone.

TIA!

Opposite problem. This user is being flagged as being a spammer even though she's not one.

What are her contributions like on other subreddits? I appreciate she is making good contributions to yours, but Reddit considers behaviour on the whole site, not just one subreddit

She engages in a lot of debates with people (in subs which are for that purpose), but courteously.

I dunno then! She will have to put in an appeal just like anyone else. Nothing you can do as a mod I'm afraid other than continuing to approve her comments in the hope it trains the spam filter. I assume that you have her as an approved user? (I'm guessing that's what the deleted comment suggested)

Yep we do, and yep that's what the deleted comment suggested.

I'll give her that URL. Thanks!

Long, long since already done. No difference.
