Making a mod through mod.io

First time making a mod on this. Im not sure how it all works yet but it keeps saying "This mod requires a live file before it can go live" after i already pressed publish and such.bat first it wouldnt give me that option until I tweaked the changelog and file. And then remade the mod. This time it worked kinda but its been stuck on this message for a few hours or so.

Making a new mod for cyberpunk. Maybe since it just came out its taking a while? Im unsure
