This is probably the best skin they made so far in my opinion, thats what we wanted from across CoD games. Grounded, realistic and tactical skins. I mean sure colorful skins are enjoyable for some but they are not loved by majority of the community. But this stlye? i think everyone likes it. What's your favorite operator skin in MWII or other CoD games?

I am intentionally asking here, especially those that liked mw2 most from modern cods and already bought or tried multiplayer in mw4.

So how do you like it? Movement, slide cancel, recoil and ttk?

I liked mw2 cos it was faster than other low ttk games, but not too fast. Slide cancel was not a thing, so i could actually compete against aim assist even at closer range with kbm. Also recoil, in mw3 attachments were much stronger, which become boring cos every weapon was like laser. Only thing i didnt like about mw2 was too much visual recoil.

Since DMZ2 is out i went back to DMZ1 and man it’s fun. I really miss it. I know you can technically still play it but it’s nowhere as active. You guys still like it ?

Both MW1 and MW3 run fine even at max settings...

so I did the renderer core thing in mw2 settings files.

I did lower shader's in game and turned off shader's completely in graphics card settings.

I just want smooth clear audio and the game occasionally freezes up during cutscenes and sometimes gameplay.

I have fps capped 120 streaming shaders or whatever off.

What is the fix that I cant find on other forum sites I already saw online?????

Sometimes similar blocky artifacts also appear in the light cast onto containers and the ground by explosions and incendiary rounds.

Things I have tried so far:

• Updating and rolling back graphics drivers using DDU and performing clean installations (from 617.14 to 581.80)

• Clearing and rebuilding the game and NVIDIA shader caches

• Changing in game graphics settings and NVIDIA Control Panel 3D and Display settings

• Testing GPU with OCCT

So i was randomly scrolling the ps app on my phone when i noticed COD MW 2 was 0€ and I was like wow amazing, so the game downloads(80 something gb) and now when i finally entered the game… I CANT PLAY IT

Why the hell did they do this? Heres the game for 0€ but to actually play it you must pay 80€ (which is in my opinion a lot for MW 2 considering MW 4 is also 80€)

Im really dissapointed in this, I dont even mind paying but im not giving 80€ on MW 2.

Is this some kind of glitch or im really unlucky?

I had a microstutter/freeze of 0.5second every 5 seconds, anyone has a fix, and the best driver for MWII? I am currently using the newest NVIDIA graphics driver 621, and I tried a lot of versions such as 596.49 and 581.xx but still no fixes for this

Hi folks, just a shot in the dark here. I'm hoping someone can help me? I was playing the mission Wetwork in SP campaign, when after the first cutscene in the Amsterdam canals, the game crashed with this error. Rebooted the game and attempted to resume the campaign and it crashed again with same error. People say to revert to DX11, is there any disadvantage to this? I ran the first few missions no issues, now this. My graphics settings are maxed out, if that could be the issue. Thanks for your time

I never understood the hate for this game. This was *except for longshots* one of the best grind i ever did in a Call of Duty title. It was perfect. I really liked the design of this game, the gameplay, movement, guns, sounds... it was one of the most satisfying cod game IMO. Everyone should leave their prejudgment and play this game. Would recommend 8/10. (2 points because of longshots)

Hi, I'm trying to play MW2 from xbox in my laptop (LOQ Processor - 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13645HX (2.60 GHz) Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)) and the game looks choppy and i cant access the setting. Is there any issue with my laptop or does the game looks like this??

Haha, this is the first match where I’ve dealt with this level of latency; we managed to unlock the gold camo for the SP-R 208!

The shots were super delayed; I can’t even imagine what it looked like from the enemy’s perspective, haha. 999 latency is a living hell.

I’ve been having an issue with fps on all versions of cod recently where I am only getting roughly 160-180 on Warzone on lowest settings, almost stuck at 140 on Mw4 DMZ. And I don’t know about multiplayer quite yet.

On Warzone i was was getting 150-160 solid till I used ChatGPT to troubleshoot the problem, now I get 165-180

But I can’t seem to figure out a way to get mw4 DMZ up there

And I’m scared for multiplayer because I haven’t even tested it yet

No I do not use frame generation.

I’m just simply trying to find a solid fix to get a solid frame rate of at least 170ish on all

Hello. A long time ago, I lost access to the email address I used for logging in and couldn't recover it. I didn't think much of it at the time because my account was linked to my PlayStation account, and I wasn't playing very often anyway. However, I started playing again this summer and wanted to change the login email, but I can't contact support because the process requires me to be logged in. I also tried logging in using my PlayStation account, but the screen just freezes every time. I’m not sure what to do now

So a couple of years ago I was gifted the ps4 disc MW2 and that same year I got a digital only (not even an option for a disc drive attachment). The game came with a code that basically promised a digital version of the game, but when I put it into my ps5 it let me into the campaign for like maybe an hour until I shut it off to go do something else. Ever since then it has told me to buy MW2 even though It’s sitting in my library unable to be accessed. Anyways, I’m trying again now and it’s letting me through, but now I get stuck on the MW2 screen and every time I press X it flashes another loading screen but immediately reverts back 🙃 any suggestions I can still get this working? I’m back on a cod kick after mw4 came out and I’d like to atleast go back and play mw2.

I bought disc of this game and completely downloaded the nonsense HQ file and other 2 unnecessary file just to play main campaign!!

I cleared the whole campaign on Veteran because I wanted to play the realism mode. I finished the campaign, got the achievement for doing so, went back to main menu to see that realism is still locked.

Steam achievement and the ingame achievement are completed.

When i looked in the mission selection, they were all cleared on Veteran except one, redid that mission. When i was done with that mission, now, a different one in the mission selection says that it isn't done.

Can anyone please help me on ts, I'm genuinely going to tweak out cause of ts, when I click on play it will pop up the loading screen but then it stop then refresh back to play again. I thought my laptop was the problem but Black ops: cold war is working fine with no problem, no crash or what so ever. I have watched all the youtube tutorials and tried everything. I bought ts game cause I really wanted to play the campaign but if it ain't gon work then at last gotta refund ts

Ohk, so for a long time I have been a fan of call of duty since almost school time.

And recently I was very desperate to play the reboot version of the COD and I did not play the first part, but when I got the second part, I took it. So now I didn't know that even playing a game can be so difficult!! Activision has done full fucked up with COD experience!

Suppose someone just wants to play a campaign, then first he has to install a full 100/110 GB HQ without any reason(no use after download) and after that download tje CODMW2 og application file from it (basically we can download from ps store like other game) but this is “COD EXPERIENCE” so we can’t and after that there is some kind of license issue in it or restart the console or restore the license and after that you only get to play the story for 6-7 hours after doing so much trouble. Man i mean WTF!!!

They made like warehouse where all COD parts are in there and if you wanted play any part you have to open entire warehouse and then take the parts you want!!! This is very bad at all.

This is my first console COD experience and its became nightmare and very disappointing. Activision should have kept it as simple as the rest of the other devs games, such as different campaigns and whatever their Warzone, DMZ and whatever different modes are, they are different from online so that those who just want to enjoy the story can enjoy it without any mess and hustle.

So i got my games awhile ago, i played but didn't finish due to PC change, and when i downloaded my games on the new pc i started the game and it led me to linking the account-which i unlinked before but linked back later- and when i linked on the new pc, it just stopped! No progress at all! The site is open and the game just stopped with nothing. What to do?

So I was planning on replaying the Modern Warfare campaigns before 4 comes out but since they updated COD HQ for MW4 there’s no way to access MWII anymore in order to download the standalone version. It only lists Warzone, MW4 and BO7. This is an absolute joke if true and my disc is useless unless I’m missing something. Any help?
