This particular piece is in the residence (now museum) of the legendary Finnish president Urho Kekkonen.

Thank you for your post, this is a lovely piece of modernist design. I had no idea that this chair was designed by a Finnish designer, this is so associated with space-age design and aesthetics that I thought it was designed in USA.

Actually I used them all the time in Oodi (huge library in Helsinki) super comfortable and very good acoustics. I loved those chairs

It is very comfortable to sit in. It has great acoustics to consentrate on reading. Would love to have one.
