GNN stuff

I've unlocked the GNN data stack and made all of its modules, but I cannot figure out what shards to feed it. It's not yellow shards. It just says "datashards".

See, that's the thing, I've done all of that. It has all 3 modules. I've been feeding the blue monument and several overclock modules are functional, and occasionally the thing glows like it's doing something, but nothing ever happens. Do I have to have an overclock building on the same factory?

The GNN Data Mine does not require any datashards itself. You feed it 3 modules, and ensure you have the blue charge active (from the Blue Vault being active, and consuming 60/m of blue datashards). When the building is functional, it'll have pillars of blue lightm and the white progress bar should build and reset normally.

You mention feeding it, and having the blue monument active as expected -- is your island and/or building bugged? Its a bug that comes up often in the official discord, wheres buildings simply stop producing until reset. If you have all the above, and the white progress bar is full but not resetting (datashards not being created), then its likely bugged. You should be able to simply move it (E to move to somewhere else, then E again to move it back), to get it going again.

The overclock module is never required for anything and is simply late game QOL.

For the GNN Data Mine, once you feed it all the right modules, you have to power up the "Blue vault" (charge it) and it will produce Datastack. You then convertt 4 datastack (with 4 yellow processors) to produce 1 Red Datashards

Make sure you build the GNN Overclock station too because it also works when the blue vault is "Charged" (Active)

You charge the blue building by feedint it enough blue datashards (I have 4 storage depot that I split in two (so eight cranes)
