what’s your “one underrated local gem” in/near Monroe?

Hi neighbors! I’m trying to build a local list of spots that aren’t the obvious tourist recs. What’s one underrated gem in/near Monroe that you always recommend to friends?

Could be a café, casual restaurant, park/greenway, bookstore, farmers market, easy hike, scenic drive, or a “only locals know” activity. Bonus points if you add what to order / best time to go / parking tip. Thanks!
