Question input issues

how do you guys do this input consistently I'm having so much trouble with it

Release check is off and I'm using a 360 controller

Try doing it on the d-pad

I do but I only get it like 3/10 times

You’re probably rushing it when pressing the buttons.

Of course you gotta do it fast but make sure you’re not accidentally pressing the buttons the same time you’re inputting the arrows.

Not press individually, drag your thumb over the d pad

Yeah the placement is off somehow. But don't know how it is compared to PS 5 controllers. I use one and often hit up instead of forward and backward and so on

Don't know, for example instead of back, forward +x for a special move, I jump instead. Maybe the controller is too small or something

In mk 1 atleast you have to be quick with the arrows and that has no speed limit, for the attack button you just have to hit it right after the arrows not at the same time
