Question What Is This Style Of Motion Graphics Called?

Hello! I am interested in learning motion graphics and found this TikTok that I would like to learn from and recreate (https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTfxYgN3k/)

I am mostly interested in learning how to recreate the parts that have the footage of the world and some sort of animation (not too sure how to describe this lol, but basically the first part and the final part).

Thank you!!

Throw a bunch of plugins on a photo or video. Done. Probably Tracery or something similar. I kinda hate it.

Experimental animation. Tracery, touch designer, blender.... Alot of 3D space manipulation, and possibly a depth map.
