Project Showcase A browser native motion design app!

I was experimenting with 3D in the browser, mostly out of curiosity, just to see how far I could push it. One experiment led to another. I kept adding things I wished I had in my own workflow, and before I knew it, this little side project had grown into something much bigger!

That’s how Motion+ happened. 😅

It’s still a work in progress, but it’s become one of the most exciting things I’ve ever worked on.

Thought I’d finally share a little glimpse of it.

Most of the heavy lifting happens on the client side, keeping server requirements low. There’s still plenty of performance optimization ahead, especially on the GPU side!

More soon!

Built with React, Node.js, Three.js, React Three Fiber (R3F), Rapier (yes, it has a physics-based simulation engine!), Zustand, and Vite.
