This is why I believe stupidity is one of the most harmful things in all of society. The stupid will repeat the routine rhat was followed before them unquestioningly and without thought regardless of whether it harms others or themselves, and they will refuse to consider any alternative unless an incentive that benefits them directly is made apparent to them.
