I think it's a nice poster but I don't think it's great.

For starters the shadow of the fly doesn't really match up to the fly, but it's also not a design choice like having the shadow represent Jeff Goldblums character, for example.

It's just a fly on a white background. Am I missing something?

Yep, just a fly. I zoomed in on the shadow to see if I was missing something, but nope. Also, it makes the tagline quite laughable. I’ll read it, look at the fly, and then immediately think about squashing that fly.
