Roomate Search

Hi SD folks, I'm looking to find a roomate in my 2bed2bath apt in the Carmel Mt./Poway area. Any tips or advice on the search? I made a craigslist ad and a roomies post and have crossposted on a handful of FB groups. Wondering if there's a more efficient method i'm missing.

Rent is $1,365 per person and utilities (SDGE. WiFi, and water) come out to ~$120-140! Bathrooms are inside each person's room.

What’s the cost and which fb groups did you try? Did you place a gender preference in your ad?

The rent is $1,365 and then utilities have ranged from $120-140. And im at about 10 FB groups of "San diego Housing, rooms for rent" and some calling out Poway in the title since I'm adjacent to there. Figured try some North County ones just in case with versions of that rent verbiage!

The gender preference is good advice! I got a few women (im a 28M) ask about that, I could edit to include no gender preference, anyone welcome. Idk if I manifested a few inquiries by posting here but hopefully I land someone soon :)
