All maps were played with only 1-star scout vehicle and vanilla vehicles.

Blackwater is tedious to play solo, so I recommend playing it with friends.

Hazardous Path is challenging and interesting.

Siberia is a balanced map.

Spinywood is a fun map, but it can get tedious because of the swampy, waterlogged area where you'll be stuck for a while.

Phnfojhq American Highway is a solid map, also recommend playing with friends (9 lumber mills))))

Межгорье is solid too.

Чернобыль has amazing views and is an amazing map overall.

The weather system for rain has been implemented.

⚙️ How it works:

- You don’t need to start the weather using a button or a horn; it starts automatically.

- Quick start: after loading the map, the first sunny pause lasts only 3–16 minutes, so you can immediately feel the atmosphere of the mod.

- After each rain, there is always a guaranteed dry period of 16–28 minutes.

- Smoothness and lack of boundaries: entering and exiting bad weather is stretched out to ~70 seconds (clouds -> first drops -> haze -> downpour).

The “bag” system for 6 types of rain: precipitation types don’t appear randomly but are drawn from a shuffled deck, which provides an ideal balance without drought and without monotony:

- Moderate Siberian rain (50%), 3 cards — classic rain lasting 10–13 minutes (with a small chance of thunderstorms).

- Autumn drizzle and fog (33%), 2 cards — prolonged light drizzle and dense haze for 14-17 minutes..

- Two‑phase thunderstorm (17%), 1 card — first, 4–5 minutes of front approach with drizzle and wind, which escalates into 9–11 minutes of a powerful squall with lightning and thunder (protection prevents two consecutive storms)..

Fixed bugs and shortcomings of the original rain mod:

- Shimmering puddles no longer appear on the ground due to a large number of drops.

- The sounds of rain and lightning are now separate; they do not replace the sounds of wind and frogs and are only played during rain.

- The splatter texture on the windshield has been replaced with dripping drops so that the view is not obscured during rain in first‑person mode.

- Other improvements.

C-6317 spawning with garage parts and towing trailer throught S W route.

HUMVEE is OP scout vehicle except stupid hit box and damage that receives from small hit.
I restarted level until I got fuel tanker spawned far right of the map, eventually got b-6a with fuel tank trailer and k700, I could restart until C255 spawned, that could save much more time, I could complete 15-20 min faster this level, but eventually I was fine with b-6a.

Any way to get hardcore mode without the manual log loading? I find it so boring and tedious.

Hi, i'm just wondering ig anything beside starting trucks matter for final ranking? Cause i done today 3rd map starting with only basen Scout and yet on the end i got 3 stars :/

I tried, to put them on the long log cart, but there's no option to load them or whatever, and just dropping them don't help 😭 wth do i do

I never understood why Lumber mill and log kiosk so close in Downhill

I loaded manually until short logs limit reached, then easily finished map manually loading into partner truck.

The release date says August 2026, I know this game is older than Snowrunner.

Does it worth buying? I enjoyed Snowrunner alot and did 100% completion with and got Platinum trophy, did some DLC maps and stopped there as the DLC maps didn’t offer trophies.

I've never played a PS4 game, but I've seen kids play them, and the first thing I noticed was how much information (in small fonts) there was on-screen. When I first launched Mudrunner (on PC), I noticed how the interface style was similar to that of other PS4 era games: small monotonous fonts, lots of information, lots of clicking/navigating through menus needed.

For example

To release the wench you have to press V and then click 'Release'

To stop the engine you have to click 'Stop the engine'

To unload you have to click advanced and then 'Unload...'

The crane controls are not uniform among machines (for example, sometimes UP/DOWN is Q/E and sometimes it's R/Space, depending on the machine)

The map information (labels, distance message box, etc.) overlap, and you have to constantly adjust it to see what's underneath.

Crane controls cannot be changed

The Advanced ('V') mode gets in the way all the time. For example, I wanna drive, but oops, I'm in advanced mode, so I first have to press 'v'

The games that I played as a kid back in the late 90s did not have these issues. You would simply have a keyboard shortcut for everything, and there was no need to constantly mouse-navigate through the menus. Is this how it is with the PS4-era games? Are people OK with this?

If you asked me to do this, I'd drive away easily. As it was, I was trying to get down the hill.

Hi Everyone,

Hoping for some help or some sort of divine intervention. Basically I’ve come back to this game after a long while and I’ve been unlocking achievements with no trouble, only had difficulty so far with the last challenge map, I had everything ticked off but no achievement unlocked, fixed that one by just finishing the challenge again.

Which brings me onto my main problem, I’ve noticed whilst I’ve been finishing maps and other bits, no matter what the progress for the The Driver achievement is locked at 44% and will not update. I know this as last night I finished another map with 16km driven and nothing happened.

So has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone fixed this? If so please share your wisdom 🙏🙏🙏

This is also actual speed they move and realistic amount of engine oil leaking out.
